It is exhausting and every day in our own practices we are meeting people who are burnt out, overwhelmed and finding it hard to cope.
With this in mind we invite you to join us on this retreat where you will experience the value in slowing down and creating space so you can hear the wisdom from within away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
We’ve created and tailored this weekend to offer you time to rest, heal, reflect, and renew your spirit. It will be a space to be nourished so that you may emerge renewed, restored and empowered to return to your everyday life with an open mind & heart.
In doing so this will help you to view yourself and your life with a fresh perspective as you acquire the life skills to use every day, enhancing how you live your life in every way.
The retreat is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some time out to rest & renew, reflect on where you are in your life, deepen your understanding of practices that can support you in your day to day. We invite you to let go of the ‘doing’ and enter into ‘being’, connect with other like minded people and seek a fresh perspective on life.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say a big thank you again for an amazing retreat. I had such a beautiful weekend, it was better than I even imagined. It was enriching, meaningful and I feel very blessed to have given myself this time to connect. I got a lot more than I ever thought I would have and meet so many nice friends, thank you and Ellen for your wonderful magic.
The retreat was so uplifting and I truly enjoyed all the different aspects of the weekend as they flowed and connected so well. I feel recharged after the retreat and have skills that I am ready to bring into my life. It was an enriching and healing time and I am leaving feeling renewed, blessed and calm. I also met wonderful people.
I feel amazing and fresh to start life again. I feel I can accept myself more and I have learned how to look within for what I need and not always turn to the outside for the answers. I feel a deep sense of calmness and increase self worth. I’d highly recommend it as a great life experience.
I came to the retreat as I though it would be a good idea to spend sometime on myself and to take the opportunity to get some support for things that are happening in my life. I got so much from the whole retreat – knowledge, insights, time out just for me and I leave much more calmer. I feel uplifted and recharged. Roseleen (www.thethirstysoul.com) & Ellen (www.xhale.ie) have come together to create this weekend especially for you. With a combined 23 years of experience in this field, we will bring all of our learnings with us to create what we intend to be a weekend of self discovery, healing, insights, understanding and lots of laughter along the way.
Through their individual practices they witness the changes that self care, self compassion, self knowledge and taking time out for your own self nourishment can bring to individuals. They have trained in a variety of modalities between them – coaching, reiki, mindfulness, meditation, shamanic practices, women’s circles, rites of passage, kinesiology, TAT to name a few.
When – Friday 12th to Sunday 15th October
Friday 12th October arriving from 5pm. A light supper will be served at 6pm (optional) the group will meet in circle at 7:30pm. Please arrive before 7pm to register and settle in. We finish on Sunday 13th October after lunch.
Where – Dunderry Park, Co. Meath
Dunderry Park in Dunderry, County Meath, is a beautiful restored 200 year old Georgian residence nestled in 25 acres of wooded parkland with the added gift of lakeside and woodland walks. It is approximately 30 miles north of Dublin close to the ancient hill of Tara and the Neolithic sites of Newgrange, Knowth, Dowth and Lough Crew.
The house is nestled in Dunderry Park with comfy sofas, open fire, magical grounds and lots of little ‘hidden’ nooks inside and outside – a space to nourish all of you. In the grounds you’ll find beautiful grounds, woodlands, contemplation pond and a stone labyrinth….plenty of nature to feed your energy levels and inspiration. It’s the perfect place to step away from life for a few days.
The full 2-day retreat investment costs €350 – a non-refundable deposit of €100 is payable to secure your place. Balance is due by 5th October.
Investment includes 2 nights bed and breakfast in shared accommodation, 2 evening meals (2 courses), 2 lunches (2 courses), break time snacks, teas and coffees, and group facilitation.
